1. Cardiovascular is the leading cause of death globally and in the U.S., killing over 370,000 people in the U.S. every year

5. 69% of adults in the U.S. are overweight or obese, and so are 32% of children

9. Smoking increases your risk of heart disease and stroke by 2-4 times
10. Most of the cholesterol-raising saturated fat that we eat in the U.S. comes from meat and full-fat dairy products
