Olivia Dance

Olivia Dance joined the FOX Buffalo team as a Multimedia Journalist in June 2021,

Before that, Olivia spent two years reporting on breaking news, weather and much more at CNY Central (NBC3, CBS6 & CW6) in Syracuse, New York.

She is originally from Maryland where she lived in the suburbs of Washington D.C. Olivia is a graduate from The University of Alabama. In college, she earned a double major in News Media and Communications Studies, and graduated with honors.

During her time in college, Olivia interned for three years at the local station, WVUA 23 news. There she began working in production and editing, and then eventually became an on-air multimedia journalist. The summer before her senior year of college she interned at Fox News in New York City. Olivia then eventually became the Fox News Campus Ambassador for the remainder of college.

When she’s not at work Olivia loves to do anything active and adventurous. Some of her favorite outdoor activities include snowboarding, wakeboarding, and hiking. She loves to travel and has had the opportunity to travel to many countries and learn about different cultures. She is also an animal lover and has two dogs of her own.
